Guard Tour System
An Automated Guard Tour System is utilized to guarantee the security officers patrol the entire facility. Bar-code stations or ID buttons are placed at various locations to record the exact amount of time spent at each. The recording system uses a magnetic bar code system or ID button that has no value to anyone. It is secured by anti-theft screws or strong adhesive. This recording device accurately documents security coverage and ensures security officers maintain steady movement, therefore increasing their visibility. Exterior doors, gates, and windows not in use after normal business hours would be checked to verify they are locked and secured. Yale Enforcement Services, Inc. or the client may download the data collected and print out an Activity Report.
