Receptionist/Concierge Services
Since its inception, Yale Enforcement Services, Inc. has been supplying Receptionist/Concierge services as an integral part of the security plan. Our experience helps us develop tailored solutions for the private and public sector, based on the customers' particular requirements. We encourage our officers and management teams to be innovative, and have introduced new working practices, adding value to the role our security officers play at every opportunity.
Our Receptionist/Concierge officers monitor and report on health and safety issues, and each officer receives the same training as security officers. Our personnel receive additional training in customer care including modules on "Meet and Greet", Switchboard and Corporate Help Desk, together with the provision of a range of Concierge Services. In discussion with our Clients we seek to tailor these core services to their specific requirements.
